3.3 Updating Personal Information

Keep your contact information, particularly your email and payment method, up to date at all times. wintk002 will not be responsible for delays or complications in transactions caused by outdated information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can currently be deposited on the wintk002 platform via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200.

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name
• Using third-party payment methods is prohibited

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; or depositing ৳34,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳54,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• An account may receive the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses have a set expiry period — expired bonuses are cancelled
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering is completed
• Misuse of bonus benefits (arbitrage, betting pattern manipulation) is subject to penalties
• The bonus contribution rate may vary depending on the game and bet type

5.3 VIP Program

The wintk002 VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Moving to a higher tier increases the weekly cashback rate. Cashback benefits are added automatically every week.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Using hacking, viruses, or any other harmful technology
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Attempting to attack the platform's systems or servers
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods

8 Responsible Gaming
